Unit Notes:Job Overview:Join our team as a Travel RN and deliver high-quality care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced environment. You ll work with a dynamic healthcare team, adapt to new settings, and ensure excellent patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care: Assess, plan, and provide care across all age groups, adapting care to individual needs.Collaboration: Work with doctors and teams to create and execute care plans.Education & Support: Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely patient records per hospital guidelines.Emergency Response: Act quickly and calmly in emergency situations.Discharge Planning: Help develop and review discharge plans with the healthcare team.Quality Improvement: Participate in performance improvement activities and maintain readiness for Joint Commission surveys.Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (within 6 months). Specialty certifications preferred.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in acute care nursing. Pediatric experience preferred.Skills: Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. Familiar with EMR systems.
