Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an inpatient pediatric setting during night shift hours
Float house-wide on a rare basis for 1:1 patient coverage as needed
May float to the NICU to cover Eat, Sleep, Console or feeder/grower assignments based on candidate competence and comfortability
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with unit protocols and standards
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification required
PALS certification required
Minimum of 2 years of inpatient Pediatric nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with NICU patient populations, including Eat, Sleep, Console protocols
Comfort and competence with feeder/grower NICU assignments
