Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics for a travel nursing job in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Registered Nurse
The Pediatric PeriAnesthesia Unit is a specialized environment focused on the preoperative and postoperative care of pediatric patients. The unit consists of a 10-bed Pediatric Preoperative and Postoperative Unit along with a 4-bed Pediatric Surgical Observation Unit (PSOU), dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients who require extended recovery periods after surgery.
The PSOU administers specialized postoperative care for pediatric patients who require overnight observation or an extended recovery time of up to 23 hours following surgical procedures.
The selected Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be prepared to manage various nursing responsibilities and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
