Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Pediatric Cardiac ICU – Colorado

Start Date: August 17, 2026

Location: Denver, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 4 shifts per 4-week schedule including weekend rotation; 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios for critical care

Highlights:

  • 10-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU specializing in congenital cardiac care
  • ECMO Center serving medical neonates and cardiac patients with access to advanced equipment including centrimag, prismax, and arctic sun technology
  • Work alongside board-certified pediatric/congenital heart intensivists in a collaborative care model
  • EMR system: Meditech; equipment includes Phillips monitors, Medfusion and Baxter pumps
  • RN team averages 10 years of nursing experience with high engagement and culture of safety scores
  • Evidence-based practice environment committed to prevention and quality metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Critical Care experience required
  • Current RN license
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
  • Peritoneal dialysis and CRRT skills preferred
  • ECMO bedside experience preferred
