Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Pediatric Cardiac ICU – Colorado

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 4 shifts per 4-week schedule including weekends
Highlights:
- 10-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU serving congenital cardiac patients with 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios
- Specialized ECMO center utilizing advanced equipment including centrimag, prismax, arctic sun, and more
- EMR system: Meditech; equipment includes Phillips monitors, Medfusion and Baxter pumps
- Work alongside a highly experienced RN team averaging 10 years of nursing experience with high engagement and safety culture scores
- Collaborate with board-certified pediatric/congenital heart intensivists and an interdisciplinary team committed to evidence-based practice

Requirements:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Critical Care experience required
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Peritoneal dialysis and CRRT skills preferred
- ECMO bedside experience highly preferred
