☀️ Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Provide safe, comprehensive care to complex pediatric patients
• Perform assessment, planning, implementation & evaluation of patient care
• Manage and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Anticipate patient needs and delegate care appropriately
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians, families & care teams
• Contribute to standards of care and nursing division goals
• Serve as a clinical role model and preceptor for new staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical policies & procedures
✔️ 3+ years of Pediatric Nursing experience
✔️ Nursing Diploma required
✔️ BSN preferred
✔️ Active PA or NJ RN License / Temporary Practice Permit
✔️ BLS Certification through AHA, Red Cross, or qualifying organization
✔️ Active membership in a professional nursing organization
✔️ Comfortable using IV pumps, POC devices, cardiac/CR monitors & clinical communication systems
✔️ Basic computer & Microsoft Office skills
