This role involves providing comprehensive care for pediatric patients in a dynamic healthcare setting, utilizing equipment like tracheostomy tubes and home ventilators. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Pediatrics - Travel- Administer patient care with a focus on the pediatric population
- Utilize high-flow nasal cannulas, and manage tracheostomies and home ventilators
- Perform central line care and other pediatric procedures
- Adapt to variations in patient acuity with ratios of 3:1 or 4:1
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team in various units as needed
Requirements of the RN - Pediatrics - Travel- Active RN license and BLS, PALS certifications
- Experience with high-flow nasal cannulas and tracheostomy/home ventilator management
- Proficient with Meditech EMR system
- Flexibility, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
