Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day or night shift available; 3:1 or 4:1 patient ratios depending on acuity; every other weekend requirement
Highlights:
- 24-bed specialized pediatric unit with comprehensive care services
- Work with trachs, home ventilators, feeding pumps, central lines, chest tubes, and high flow nasal cannulas
- EMR system: Meditech
- Collaborative team environment with approximately 40 staff members supporting patient care
- Opportunity to float within the Children's Tower including Pediatric Surgical, NICU, and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
- Contract positions available with competitive compensation package
Requirements:
- Active Texas RN license or ability to obtain
- BLS and PALS certification required
- High Flow Nasal Cannula experience required
- Tracheostomy and home ventilator experience required
- Central line care experience strongly preferred
- Pediatric nursing experience highly valued
