Key Responsibilities of the RN - Pediatric Med Surg- Provide direct patient care in the Pediatric Med Surg unit
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on care plans and healthy practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements of the RN - Pediatric Med Surg- Active RN license in Minnesota
- BLS certification
- Prior experience in Pediatric Med Surg preferred
