Schedule: 40 hours per week; schedule flexibility required; orientation begins mid-week

- Provide comprehensive nursing care across the full patient lifespan, from birth through elderly populations

- Supervise and collaborate with unit secretaries and patient care technicians alongside charge nursing staff
Requirements:
- Graduate of an NLN-approved nursing education program
- Active Alaska Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Current BLS certification required
- Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination required
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting preferred
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation abilities
- Basic EKG skills and competency with medical terminology
- Ability to administer treatments, medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and provide patient and family education
