Travel Nurse RN - Pediatric Med/Surg - $2,473 per week in Fort Defiance, AZ

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med-Surg) – Arizona

Start Date: October 7, 2026

Location: Arizona

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with flexibility required for other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. May include support for flu immunization clinics and staff meetings. Orientation occurs on Mondays only.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum three (3) years of medical-surgical nursing experience
• Minimum one (1) year of pediatric nursing experience
• Must be comfortable and competent working with both adult and pediatric patient populations
• Flexibility to float to other qualified departments as needed
