Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-Surg Adult/Pediatric

Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Openings: 2
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts
Schedule: Typically 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of Med-Surg experience, including at least 1 year of pediatric experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients.

• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor treatment responses.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Maintain accurate patient records and follow established clinical protocols.

• Adapt to changing patient needs and staffing assignments.

• Participate in staff meetings and support flu immunization clinics as assigned.

• Float to other departments within your competency when needed.
