Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico or compact state eligibility
- Ability to assess and provide care appropriate to the age and condition of patients across the lifespan
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Demonstrated ability to function in fast-paced, stressful environments with flexibility and organization
- Competency in operating medical equipment safely and correctly
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and documentation standards
