Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
• Float to additional units as needed, including NICU, CV PICU, ED, stepdown, and medical/surgical floors
• Adapt to varying patient populations and acuity levels across assigned float areas
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in compliance with facility policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio State RN license or valid Compact RN license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of PICU experience; first-time travelers considered with closer to 3 years of experience
• Recent Level 1 facility experience required
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)
• Must not have worked permanently at this facility within the past 2 years
• 2 supervisory references required at time of submittal; at least one must hold a manager or supervisor title

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a pediatric or critical care environment
• Experience floating across multiple unit types including NICU, ED, or cardiovascular ICU settings
