    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – PICU

    Location

    Columbus, OH

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
    • Float to other units including NICU, CV PICU, ED, stepdown, and medical/surgical as needed and per facility expectations
    • Deliver age-appropriate, acuity-based nursing care in a Level 1 pediatric environment
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
    • Maintain compliance with all facility policies, float requirements, and travel assignment expectations
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Ohio State RN license or valid Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submittal
    • Minimum of 2 years of PICU experience (first-time travelers considered with approximately 3 years of experience)
    • Recent Level 1 PICU experience required
    • Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)
    • Must not have worked permanently at this facility within the past 2 years
    • 2 supervisory references required at time of submittal; at least one must hold a manager or supervisor title

    • Travel nursing experience in a high-acuity pediatric setting
