Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in critical condition
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures
Requirements of the RN - PICU- Active RN licensure in the state of Illinois
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Previous experience in Pediatric Intensive Care preferred
