Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care- Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU
- Monitor and manage patients on ventilators and other RT equipment
- Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures
- Work collaboratively with pediatricians and healthcare team members
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care using the EPIC charting system
Requirements of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care- Active IL RN license or confirmation of application initiation
- At least 1 year of experience in Pediatric ICU
- BLS and PALS certifications (AHA)
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace with a negative drug screen required
