Job Opportunity – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse – Ohio

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; must work at least every other holiday
Highlights:
- Specialized pediatric intensive care for patients up to 25 years of age

- Contract extension opportunities available up to 18 months

Requirements:
- Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license (must be in hand prior to submission)
- Minimum 18 months combined permanent experience in PICU specialty (travel experience accepted)
- Minimum 18 months recent pediatric experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Proficiency with EKGs and inotropic medication management
- NIHSS certification preferred
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Managerial reference from specialty area within the past 12 months required
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication assessments during orientation
- Completion of BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
