Registered Nurse – Pediatric Intensive Care - PICU - Travel - (PICU RN)
StartDate: 11/2/2026 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $2500.00 - $2628.00
Beds: 24; 21-23 patient census on averageRequired Experience: 2 years of strong high acuity Pediatric ICU experience – must be comfortable in a high acuity, fast paced environmentWill you accept a first-time traveler? YesUnit Culture: Teamwork, Trust, Accountability, Respect, compassionately hard workingPatient Types/Common Diagnoses:Respiratory, Trauma (which includes penetrating and non-accidental trauma, NAT), DKA, Seizures, Neurosurgical, Acute/Chronic Renal Failure, Orthopedic, Surgical, Transplants (Kidney and whole/partial Liver), complex Medical, Blood DisordersPatient Ratios:Weekend Rotationwill be required to work 2 Fridays, 2 Saturdays, 2 Sundays and 2 Mondays every 6-week schedule ? The combination of the 2 Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays can be grouped together or worked separately as long as those eight (8) shifts occur within the 6-week periodHoliday RequirementsTravelers will work 75% of holidays, Unit requirement is the eve and day of every other holiday while contractedFloating Requirementso Pediatric CVICU, NICU, Neonatal PCU, Gen Peds – will float as needed
