Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a General Pediatric ICU setting
Work night shifts with a schedule structured to fit unit needs; blocked scheduling available Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday
Float as needed within the organization, including to PCU, MS units, or as a Patient Observer (Sitter)
Participate in on-call assignments and work a minimum of 50% of holidays occurring during the contract
Complete required orientation modules (non-billable, approximately 4-6 hours, completed during orientation and annually)
Maintain compliance with all facility infection control and physical demands requirements, including lifting up to and over 20 lbs
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in Missouri or a Compact state (must be in hand at start)
PALS certification required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of PICU experience
Cerner charting experience preferred; familiarity with electronic health records required

Preferred Experience / Skills
TNCC Certification (appreciated but not required)
