Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill pediatric patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Compact (multi-state) license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Experience with critically ill pediatric populations and advanced monitoring equipment
• Previous travel nursing experience
