Job Opportunity – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Nurse – North Carolina

Start Date: August 3, 2026

Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 6-week scheduling rotation with 3 weekend shifts per rotation. Self-scheduling options available. Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 in PICU setting; 1:2 to 1:3 in stepdown.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 1 year of PICU nursing experience required
  • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
  • Experience with IV starts, catheterizations, central line care, tracheostomy care, tube feeding, and critical care monitoring
