Start Date: November 16, 2026
Location: Denver, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts, seasonal travel assignment

Highlights:

  • 20-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit with experienced, collaborative nursing team of 51 staff members
  • Patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:1 depending on acuity, ensuring quality patient care
  • Work with advanced equipment including Philips monitoring systems, Alaris and Medfusion IV pumps
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system: Meditech
  • Engage in complex procedures including conscious sedation, central line care, chest tube placement, and respiratory failure management
  • Supportive team environment with free charge nurse on every shift

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of current PICU RN experience (required)
  • Current RN license in Colorado or compact state eligibility
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification (required)
  • Post-operative cardiac experience (preferred)
  • Venous puncture experience (preferred)
