**Job Description:**
- Position Title: TRAVEL - RN - PICU (645)
- Shift: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- Location: 3G
- Address: 509 Biltmore Ave
- Unit Name: PICU

**Unit Specifics:**
- **Scrub Color(s):** Navy blue or white
- **Patient Ratios:**
- PICU: 1 RN to 1-2 patients
- Stepdown: 1 RN to 2-3 patients
- **Staffing Description:**
- HUC works 9-9
- Shared tech support
- **Equipment Used:** Alaris pumps
- **Documentation System:** Cerner
- **Scheduling Requirements:** Must work 3 weekends in a 6-week schedule
- **Floating Policy:** Will float to Pediatric and NICU units
- **Patient Experience Requirement:** Minimum of 1 year PICU experience
**Certifications Required:**
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
**Dress Code:**
- All Navy, All White, or Navy Pants and White Tops
**Unit Procedures:**
- IV starts
- Catheterizations
- Holding for Lumbar Punctures
- Central line dressing changes
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Tracheostomy care
- Tube feeding and placement
- ICP monitoring
- Ventilator management
