**Job Description:**
- **Position**: Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- **Location**: Springfield, MO
- **Shift**: Nights (1830-0700)
- **Number of Openings**: 2
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours**: 36
- **Assignment Length**: 13 weeks
- **Required Licensure**: Current RN License in Missouri
- **Required Certifications**:
- BLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- TNCC
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years in PICU
- Vent competent
- At least 1 year post-orientation experience
- **Patient Ratios**:
- ICU status: 2:1
- Intubated: 1:1
- Pediatric status: 3:1
- **Type of Patients**:
- Trauma
- Burn
- Neurosurgery
- Pediatric surgery
- Respiratory
- Sepsis
- Endocrinology
- Chronic/trach
- Hematology/Oncology
- Orthopedics
- **Float Requirements**: Ability to work in NICU, PICU, Pediatric medical floor, or Peds ED as needed.
