- **Day Shift Team:**
- 1 free charge nurse
- 9 bedside RNs
- 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT)
- **Night Shift Team:**
- 1 free charge nurse
- 9 bedside RNs
- **Patient Ratios:**
- 1:2 and 1:1 care
- **Equipment & Technology:**
- Philip monitor
- Alaris and Medfusion IV pumps
- EMR: Meditech
- **Typical Hiring Profile:**
- **Must-Have Skills:**
- Minimum 1-year current PICU RN experience
- BLS & PALS certifications
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Post-op cardiac experience
- Venous puncture experience
- **Typical Procedures:**
- Conscious sedations
- Care for respiratory failure (ETT, HFOV)
- CT placement
- Central line maintenance and care
