- **Work Hours:** 36 or 48 HOURS!
- **Shift:** 10:30 A.M. - 11:00 P.M.
- **Location Requirements:**
- Must live 75 miles away for travel rates
- Locals accepted (under 75 miles)
- **Experience Requirements:**
- Minimum 2+ years in Emergency Department
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Travel experience is required
- **Documentation Required:**
- Up-to-date resume
- Skills Checklist matching specialty
- Driver's license with an address matching demographics
- NURSYS Report for Active NY License
- Current certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
- **Shift Details:**
- Block scheduling is not guaranteed
- Floating between units required
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- **Unit Specifics:**
- Unit: Emergency Department
- Number of Beds: 64 (including Triage, Acute, Super Track, Trauma, CDU, Psych)
- Common Patient Diagnoses: Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, Myocardial Infarction, Cardiac Arrest, Respiratory Failure
- Specialty Equipment: Rapid Infusor, Arctic Sun
- Patient Demographics: Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatric
- **Required Drips & Medications:**
- Pressors: Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin, Dobutamine, Dopamine
- Vasodilators: Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG
- Anti-arrhythmic: Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido
- Sedation: Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl, TNK, Heparin, Insulin
