### Exciting Opportunity in Pediatric Cardiac Nursing!

**Position Highlights:**
- **Shifts Available:**
- Days: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- **Start Date:** September 28, 2026 - March 27, 2027
- **Location Flexibility:** Float between multiple facilities
- Main Campus: 1919 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016
- Arrowhead: 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308
- Avondale: 1665 North Avondale Boulevard, Avondale, AZ 85392
- East Valley: 3370 S Mercy Road, Gilbert, AZ 85297
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, patients, and families to promote health through professional nursing care.
- Deliver age-appropriate care as per established nursing and medical plans.
- Work in compliance with evidence-based nursing standards, hospital goals, and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:**
- 2 years RN experience in Pediatric CVICU preferred.
- Experience in a Level III or IV NICU is a plus.
- Experience floating between NICU and PICU is desirable.
- Children’s hospital experience is preferred.
- **Education:**
- Two-year (ADN), four-year (BSN) nursing degree, or Diploma in Nursing.
- **Certifications:**
- Current Arizona RN license or compact state RN license.
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- Current PALS certification (American Heart Association).
- NRP certification preferred.
**Important Notes:**
- COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required.
- Flu vaccination will be required during flu season.
- RTO discussed during the interview will be pre-approved.
