Charge Nurse: Yes, free charge
Shifts: 12 hours, 7-7 - No Block Scheduling requests
Weekend Requirement - will be based on unit needs/demands
Holidays: Yes - Need to be flexible based on unit needs/demands
Floating - Yes - Clinicians will float to 4th, 5th, or 6th floor for PCU patients
