**Position Details:**
- **Location:** Tallahassee, FL
- **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Cost Center:** 630
- **Unit:** IMCU
- **Travel:** 48GH available for travel
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
- Monitor and assess patient progress, and provide updates to healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Support families through education and compassionate care
**Qualifications:**
- Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience
- RN licensure in the state of Florida (or compact license)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
