**Patient Care Focus:**
- Manage a significant cardiac patient population with professional expertise.
- Maintain RN-to-patient ratios of 1:4, promoting safety and quality care.
- Cardiovascular experience is required — bring your knowledge and skills to the forefront!
**Requirements:**
- Preferred experience: 2 years (will consider 1+ years).
- Certifications needed: BLS, ACLS, NIH, CPI preferred.
- Be ready to float as needed — versatility is key!
- Weekend requirements on a rotating basis — team players encouraged!
- No on-call requirement — enjoy your time off without the worry.
