**Join Our Team as a Travel RN in the PCU!**
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** BACKFILL-TRAVEL - RN PCU
- **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- **Duration:** 13 Weeks
- **Location:** Derry, NH
**Unit Information:**
- **Type:** Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- **Number of Beds:** 20
- **Staffing:**
- 5 RNs on Day Shift
- 5 RNs on Night Shift
- **Patient Ratios:** 4:1
- **Equipment:** GE cardiac monitoring, Hospira IV pumps
- **EMR System:** Expanse
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- **Required Skills:**
- Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills
- Critical drip experience
- 2 years of PCU experience
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Pre-post cardiac cath and pacer patient care experience
- Prior HCA experience
**Personality Fit:**
- Self-directed and confident
- Positive attitude in challenging situations
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative team player
**Floating Areas:**
- Med Surg
- ICU (for border patients)
- Emergency Department (for ED holds)
**Dress Code:**
- Professional Scrubs (No required color)
**Additional Information:**
- Weekend commitments: Every other weekend or as staffing needs require
