**Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated RN in CSSU!** **Job Description:** - Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - Duration: 13 Weeks - Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire - Unit Name: CSSU - Number of Beds: 15 beds - Patient Ratios: 4:1 - Staffing Support: 1-2 LNA support available - Equipment: - GE Monitors - Hamilton Bipap and Hiflo - Baxter IV Pumps - Hemospheres - Documentation System: Meditech Expanse - Scheduling Requirements: - 12 shifts per month (3 shifts a week) - 4 weekend shifts per month - Department leadership handles scheduling around RTO - Floating Policy: Floating on a rotation basis with Travelers floating first - Patient Experience Requirements: - MyCare board updated each shift during bedside report - Bedside shift report completed at each change of shift **Unit Highlights:** - Certifications: - Comprehensive Stroke Center - Level 2 Trauma Center - Skills Required: - Strong telemetry skills - Experience titrating vasoactive medications such as: - Levophed - Phenylephrine - Dopamine - Dobutamine - Chest Tube management - Preferred Skills: - Arterial Lines - Flo-Tracs - Temporary Pacing - Procedures on Unit: - Temporary Pacing - Pre-op prep for cardiovascular surgery - Chest-tube removal, arterial line removal - Certifications Required: - ACLS - BLS - Dress Code: - Scrubs (color does not matter) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
