- **Shifts:** 3x12s rotating shifts, with the option for straight nights
- **Experience Required:** Minimum of 2 years in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with solid experience clearly noted in work history
- **First-Timers:** Accepted based on experience
- **Weekend Requirement:** Yes, as per unit needs
- **Certifications Required:**
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- **On-Call Requirement:** No
- **Floating Requirement:** Yes, may need to float within scope to meet facility needs and to sister facilities within the metro region
- **Total Staffed Beds:** 22
- **Charting System:** EPIC
- **Scrub Color:** Navy Blue

- Experience essential teamwork and communication to enhance patient care.
- Work in a 12-bed high acuity medical-surgical unit with a 1:4-5 patient ratio, or in a 10-bed PCU with a 1:3-4 ratio.
- Enjoy consistent ratios for both day and night shifts.
- Engage in rotations to med-surge assignments as needed.
- Flexibility to float to other units is an inherent part of the role.
