- Unit Overview:
- 44 patient beds
- 95 dedicated staff members
- Collaborative day and night shifts
- Patient Ratios: 4:1 at grid, 5:1 stretched
- State-of-the-art equipment: IV pumps, Skylift, PCA pump, Chest tubes, Trachs, and Patient lifts
- Embrace technology with EMR: Cerner
- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Skills Required:
- Must have: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Experience in Neuro and Trauma Care
- Preferred Skills:
- Neuro and Trauma Care experience
- Tasks & Procedures:
- Perform Neuro and spinal checks
- C-Collar placement and TLSO braces
- Manage chest tubes, PCA pumps, and IV infusions
- Assist with lumbar drains and feeding tube placements
- Administer blood transfusions
- Personality Fit:
- Team player with a patient-focused approach

- Every other weekend commitment
