- **Staffing Details:**
- **Day Shift:**
- 2 CNC/Charge Nurses
- 11 RNs
- 4 CNAs
- 1 HUC
- **Night Shift:**
- 2 CNC/Charge Nurses
- 11 RNs
- 4 CNAs
- 1 HUC
- **Patient Ratios:**
- 4:1 at grid
- 5:1 stretched
- **Equipment:**
- IV pumps
- Skylift
- PCA pump
- Chest tubes
- Trachs
- Patient lifts
- **EMR System:** Cerner
- **Typical Hiring Profile:**
- **Required Skills:**
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Neuro and Trauma Care experience
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Additional experience in Neuro and Trauma Care
- **Procedures Performed:**
- Neuro and spinal checks
- C-Collar placement, TLSO braces
- Chest tube management, PCA pump, IV infusions
- Lumber drain placement
- Feeding tube placement
- Blood transfusions
- **Ideal Candidate:**
- A team player
- Patient focused
- **Certifications Needed:**
- Must have ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- **Floating Areas:**
- Stepdown units
- Med-surg units
- **Dress Code:**
