**Job Description:**
- **Position Title:** BACKFILL - TRAVEL - RN - K7 PCU
- **Shift:** 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- **Experience Required:** 2 years
**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 44
- **Number of Staff:** 95
- **Staff Structure:**
- **Day Shift:**
- 2 CNC/Charge
- 11 RNs
- 4 CNAs
- 1 HUC
- **Night Shift:**
- 2 CNC/Charge
- 11 RNs
- 4 CNAs
- 1 HUC
- **Patient Ratios:** 4/1 at grid, 5/1 stretched
- **Equipment Used:** IV pumps, Skylift, PCA pump, Chest tubes, Trachs, Patient lifts
- **EMR System:** Cerner
**Typical Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills:**
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
- Neuro and Trauma Care experience
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Additional Neuro and Trauma Care experience
**Typical Procedures Performed:**
- Neuro and spinal checks
- C-Collar placement, TLSO braces
- Chest tube and PCA pump management
- IV infusions
- Lumber drain management
- Feeding tube placement
- Blood transfusion
