- **Floor:** K7
- **Building:** K Tower
- **Unit Details:**
- **Number of Beds:** 44 beds
- **Number of Staff:** 95
- **Staff Composition:**
- **Day Shift:** 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNA, 1 HUC
- **Night Shift:** 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNA, 1 HUC
- **Patient Ratios:** 4:1 at grid, 5:1 stretched
- **Type of Equipment:** IV pumps, Skylift, PCA pump, Chest tube, Trachs, Patient lifts
- **EMR:** Cerner
- **What We’re Looking For:**
- **Must-Have Skills:**
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
- Neuro and Trauma Care experience
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Additional Neuro and Trauma Care experience
- **Typical Procedures:**
- Neuro and spinal checks
- C-Collar placement, TLSO braces
- Chest tube, PCA pump, IV infusions
- Lumber drain
- Feeding tube placement
- Blood transfusions
- **Ideal Personality Fit:**

- **Required Certifications:**
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
- **Floating Areas:**
- Stepdown units
