**Job Description:**

- **Unit Name:** Burn ICU
- **Cost Center:** 678
- **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
**Unit Specifics:**
- Number of Beds: 12
- Patient Ratios:
- ICU patients: 2:1
- Med/Surg and PCU patients: 4:1
- Unit Staffing Description:
- Charge RN, RNs, PCT
- Type of Equipment:
- Ventilators, specialty beds, occasional CRRT
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule (schedules are 4 weeks)
- Floating Policy:
- Contract labor floats first
- Patient Experience Requirements:
- Med/Surg experience
