Travel Nurse RN - PCU / Stepdown - $1,917 to $2,130 per week in Kalamazoo, MI

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | Up to 26 weeks | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a stepdown/med-surg unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Float to other med-surg areas, including additional units, to care for med-surg patients as needed.
• Perform IV starts as a routine component of patient care.
• Accurately document patient information using EPIC.
• Operate unit equipment including Welch Allyn vital sign towers and Sigma IV pumps.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Michigan RN License
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Minimum 2 years of PCU/Stepdown experience
• Must be available and present for the first two weeks of the assignment; no block scheduling available.
• Locals are welcome — no radius restrictions apply.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology (ONC) experience
• Chemotherapy administration experience
