- **Unit Highlights:**
- Number of Beds: 34
- Staff Members: 45
- Night Shift Composition: 3-4 RNs and 1-2 PCTs
- Patient Ratios: 4:1
- **Equipment Used:**
- Cardiac Monitors
- Telemetry
- IV Pumps
- PCA Pumps
- Epidurals
- High Flow NC
- Bi-Pap
- Feeding Tubes
- **EMR System:** EPIC
- **Required Skills:**
- **Must Have:**
- Time Management
- Critical Thinking
- **Preferred:**
- Experience with feeding tube placement
