- Number of Staff: 44
- Patient Ratios: 1:4
- Shift Details:
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 6 RNs, 2 CNAs
- Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 6 RNs, 2 CNAs
- **Typical Hiring Profile:**
- **Must-Have Skills:**
- ACLS, BLS, NIH
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Knowledge of non-titratable drips (e.g., Amiodarone, Cardizem)
- Experience with tracheostomy
