Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care facility
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4
- Float between units as needed within the facility or nearby sister facilities
- Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period
- Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of PCU/Telemetry RN experience
- Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at the time of submittal
- Must provide 2 references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (references may include Charge RNs or Leads)
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or similarly complex acute care environment
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and progressive care workflows
- Demonstrated flexibility with floating between units or facilities
