Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Night Shift The healthcare organization is seeking experienced registered nurses to join a newly established Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit within the Heart and Vascular Center. This role involves caring for complex cardiovascular patients in a collaborative environment, utilizing specialized skills in telemetry, invasive pressure monitoring, and cardiac infusion management.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week, starting 10/26/2026 through 01/23/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 2 years of progressive care or critical care nursing experience, cardiology or cardiac surgery specialty experience, ACLS certification, experience with continuous invasive pressure monitoring, temporary pacing, vasopressor and inotrope infusion management, chest tube management, phlebotomy, and peripheral IV insertion.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical care experience (highly preferred), charge RN experience, RN precepting experience.
• Responsibilities include providing high-level cardiovascular nursing care to a diverse patient population, utilizing clinical judgment, telemetry skills, and early recognition of patient deterioration.
