HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.

Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse/Stepdown
- Orientation: Nov 13 and Nov 27
- Note: The facility makes every effort to accommodate traveller's preferred shifts and will only implement rotation when operationally necessary.

Job Description:
- Manage intravenous lines and advanced medical equipment.
- Provide care and support to patients transitioning from ICUs.
- Provide nursing care to patients recovering from cardiovascular surgeries and events.
- Conduct thorough assessments, monitor vital signs, and appropriately respond to any changes in a patient's condition.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary cardiac care team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families about their condition, recovery process, and at-home health management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication regarding patient care.
- Note: ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation, with a required passing score of 80%, and a second attempt will be provided if the first attempt is unsuccessful. Failing in both attempts will lead to contract termination immediately.
