Job Title: RN - Medical Step-Down

Job Summary:
As an RN in the Medical Step-Down unit, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the care plan for patients. You will collaborate with the healthcare team through Shared Governance to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture for patients and their families. The role requires excellent communication and computer skills, along with a commitment to the PRIDE core values: Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence.

Required Qualifications:
 

• At least 1 year of Intermediate Care/Step-Down experience as a Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
