Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 48 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS), 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a medical step-down or similar setting, with education credentials meeting licensing requirements, and current eligibility to work in the specified location
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patients presenting sepsis, heart failure, respiratory failure, or similar complex conditions is preferred
  • Float: Float: Float rotation may be required
  • Additional Information: Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple complex patients, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
