Pulse Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Olympia, Washington.
**PCU/Step Down Float RN – Night Shift** **Specialty:** PCU / Step Down Float **Shift:** Nights | 4x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM **Start:** ASAP **Contract:** 13 Weeks **Job Details:** * Float RN supporting multiple units based on hospital needs * Patient population may include ER boarded patients, Tele, Med Surg, and other areas * Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4-6, depending on unit acuity * Charge Nurse experience is required * May include charge responsibilities on two very small units * These units are typically staffed with 1–2 RNs supported by LPNs and CNAs * Sole RN may function as Charge Nurse, including staffing, bed flow, and general coordination * EPIC charting * Block scheduling: No **Requirements:** * US clinical experience required * Canadian experience alone will not qualify * Charge Nurse experience required * Check with Manager before offering any 48-hour/week contracts **Hospital Highlights:** * Short Term Ac
