RN – Adult Intermediate Care (IMC)
Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital, Baltimore, MD
High-acuity 20-bed IMC unit
Night shift: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
Provide direct nursing care to high-acuity patients
Monitor patients using cardiac monitors and ventilators
Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments
Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
Accurate patient documentation
Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare staff
Provide patient/family education and support
Follow infection-control protocols
Willingness to precept required
Compact RN license required
BLS and ACLS required
