Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift flexible location. This position involves providing high-quality patient care across a variety of patient populations, including adult and geriatric patients, in a short-term acute care setting. The role requires float capacity within the facility, with responsibilities including patient monitoring, administration of treatments, and potential charge nurse duties on small units.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: 3 years of nursing experience, valid license in a participating state (compact license accepted), experience with electronic charting systems (Epic), and US clinical experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Charge nurse experience, experience in telemetry, high acuity care, or surgical nursing preferred.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Clinicians must have experience in the US. Charge responsibilities are limited to small units staffed with 1-2 RNs supported by LPNs and CNAs, where the sole RN functions as the Charge Nurse, managing staffing needs, bed flow, and general coordination. Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, and adhere to pre-approved time off requests at submission.
